What's New at Alton Towers Resort

🎢 Greetings, thrill-seekers and adventurers! 🎢

As we gear up for another electrifying season here at Alton Towers Resort, we're thrilled to share with you the incredible strides our team has made over the winter months to enhance accessibility and facilities across the resort.

🌟 In our commitment to inclusivity, we've launched a dedicated 'Accessibility Contact Us' page, connecting you directly with our specialised accessibility team. Whether it's discussing individual requirements or seeking essential information before your visit, our team is here to ensure your time with us is nothing short of comfortable and enjoyable. And remember, our Accessibility Champions are stationed across every department, ready to assist whenever needed!

🛋️ With our sprawling 600-acre resort, we've invested in additional seating options this year, including more benches and accessible seating along our pathways. Plus, we're thrilled to introduce a brand-new fleet of mobility scooters, available for pre-booking or on-the-day collection from our Guest Services team.

🚀 Sensory signage now welcomes you at the entrances of every ride and attraction, with a focus on providing comprehensive sensory and rider information online before your visit. And don't forget, our sensory bags are readily available from Guest Services for added comfort during your adventure.

🐠 Dive into tranquillity with our Sealife team during quiet hours every Saturday and Sunday from 10-11. Need ear defenders? Just ask upon arrival, and immerse yourself in the wonders of our aquarium, guided by our dedicated team for a comfortable sensory experience.

🔄 As we kick off 2024, you'll notice enhancements to Hex and Nemesis Rap Queue lines, featuring separate ambulant and non-ambulant queue lines. Simply speak to a host upon arrival for clear directions. Additionally, our Rap guests will find our updated timecard format, aligning with Thorpe Park for consistency and clarity in ride restrictions.

🌈 March brings a focus on training all our team members in Autism Awareness and other essential accessibility initiatives.

Stay tuned throughout the year for more exciting updates as we continue to elevate your Alton Towers Resort experience!
